I liked the breakfast, the balcony, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub that is open all year long. I do wish there was more affordable dinner options considering most other restaurants are 30 minutes away. Also a microwave in the room would be a good idea as well.

Considering this property has a lot of history I was expecting a lot more charm. The rooms were very plain and ordinary like any other hotel. The property was nice. We booked dinner at the Rosseau but found when we arrived that it was closed so we had to eat in the pub which left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at Windermere House! The environment is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The food was amazing—each meal was a delight. Highly recommend this gem in Muskoka!

Only thing that matters during this trip i wasn't allowed to change or upgrade my room due to our booking through Expedia Hotel receptionist said they are not allowed to make changes in my reservation because of agreement with Expedia.

This was our first time returning since the renovation and we loved the new hot tub as well as the sauna! We enjoyed a gorgeous kayak paddle on Lake Rosseau that was simply stunning!

Beautiful property with amazing lake views. Clean comfortable rooms, great spa services. The bar serves up a great old fashioned and dining at the Roseau was a great experience. Lots to do at the resort golf, tennis, watersports etc. If you're looking for a great get away this is a wonderul property. I would go back.
