Book Somewhere Else
The old adage “you get what you pay for” was true. This LaQuinta was the lowest price for the customer reviews/parameters considered. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. There were stains on the comforter. Underneath the bed had not been cleaned in a while. There were a few bugs over the course of our stay. The water in the shower would suddenly get very hot after the proper temperature was set. We ran out of toilet paper and figured more would be added with housekeeping. Nope. Had to go ask the front desk (after 11pm and during a storm because the phone in the room didn’t work). One day, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign out while we were gone. We came back to our room being serviced. The juice and water machine wasn’t working during breakfast. If you like to unpack your belongings during a stay, you can’t. There are no drawers available. There is a suitcase rack but we don’t like living out of our suitcases. Overall, this was a terrible experience and we will not stay here again.
