I would not be allowed in unless the clerk spoke with my husband directly. Up to this point my husband was out of reception, I was getting angry now because I was being refused entry to a room I booked in my name, with my phone number, & my credit card. I walked out furious trying to call my husband. The call connected, he was equally angry and asked me to go back inside so he could speak with the clerk. The call dropped. I was standing in the lobby like an idiot. Poor reception again, my husband wasn't getting my texts. Finally the clerk decided to call the number registered to the room. MY PHONE rang in MY hand, I showed the clerk. I told him I was the one who booked the room, & that I was now angry. Still, the clerk would not let me into my room. I gave the clerk my husband's phone number, he called him directly, after words, the clerk agreed to show me to the room. When we got there, I asked for a key & was refused. While complaining to my husband, the clerk came back with it
