Never had any issues with any other Hilton. This one defied all expectations and lowered the bar several notch. Room had roaches - staff even tried to blame previous guest for roaches, wifi had issues, breakfast was cold and you have to wait for it to be filled up so you can get it...it wasn't constant. We drove 3.5 hours to get there and our phone were all drained out of power (we had kids 3 and 5 yr old)...the phones didnt work for us to make a call back to our parents informing them we have arrived. Overall an extremely uncomfortable and horrible experience but on brighter side, glad it was only for 2 days.

Clean, bright hotel
Really clean hotel! My husband enjoyed the gym. Breakfast had many options. I only wish the pillows were more firm. I woke up with a sore neck. Overall, would stay again.

Loved how modern and clean the property looked. Everything was in great condition. I didnt have the need to clorox wipe everything down as i had before at other hotels in the oast. Loved the fact that it was by so many stores and in a central place for access to many places. The only downfall was that the last night of my stay there were guest who stayed upstairs that kept stomping and running around where i couldnt get good sleep at first. I called the front desk to report it but they were still very loud. Overall id stay there again and recommend it to others

The facility was new and spotless clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of seating. What I didn’t like was the guy attending the front desk during the day was not very friendly. When I checked out on September 8, he said he would email a receipt when I asked and he never did.

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. I was thankful for quality pillows. They made my rest so much better. The room was huge! Definitely made for longer stays. It was full of modern conveniences. The one thing we didn't like was the electric switches. There's a master switch that controls the other switches. So, unless we turned off every single source of light at night, we had to leave the closet light bar on. It was right in front of one of our beds. That was very frustrating. But other than that, I would recommend staying here again.

Don’t skip out on this hotel, very clean and quiet! The breakfast is amazing also. Close to everything and freeway access you can’t beat. We would definitely stay here again!!
