The rooms were dirty and out-dated. One roll of toilet paper for 5 people. When calling for a roll-away bad, the front desk wanted to verify if we "qualified" for it. Travis was excellent at front desk at check in and check out though.

Overall a great property and stay. Bathroom floor was a bit dirty when we arrived in our room but that’s being very picky. Contactless check in feature was great except we couldn’t share a room key so my wife had to get a physical key anyway. Great stay and very close to Hershey park

The room I was given was dirty. The bathroom seat was full of pee and there were socks on the floor of the people that were before us. I told the person at the front desk to have it cleaned up and when I came back to the room that day the bathroom was cleaned but the socks were still there on the floor.

I liked how close this location is to everything in Hershey yet still out of the way. We encountered some really loud an obnoxious people during our stay and asked to be moved and the workers did their best to take care of the issue. I would stay here again.
