Comunicación muy deficiente

Tras reservar Hoteles.com y tener confirmado por ellos la reserva llegamos al Hotel Rural Victoria, y nos dicen que a ellos no les consta esa reserva, se la enseño y la confirmación en mi móvil con todo OK. La opción que nos ofertan es ir al hotel Can Vic de Guadalajara, accedimos porque no había otra opción y resultó ser nefasto, la habitación apestaba a tabaco, un cenicero sucio en el alféizar de la ventana. El aire acondicionado era un ventilador que metia aire del exterior sin refrigerarlo. El extractor de olores del baño tenía suciedad, y pelusas que taponaban la rejillas y hacía un ruido excesivamente molesto. Seguro no repetiremos en Can Vic. Nos dijeron que es el mismo dueño,y creímos que sería como el Hotel Victoria,pero era un horror.
