You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of the Hull Marina. Situated perfectly if you are wanting to enjoy the restaurants and bars in the Marina. A 5 minute walk from the Connexin Live Arena making it fantastic should you wish to stop in Hull after watching a show. Only a 10 minute walk from the City Centre itself which is home to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
The Space:
You will have access to the whole three storey house. On entry you will have the downstairs WC in front of you. Going next into the dining room/kitchen area which has the washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer. The second and third floor have their own thermostat and central heating. The boiler is located near the back door in the kitchen should you need access. Out the back is a small patio area.
Going up the stairs you will find the living room with the TV and router. To the back of this room is the study with a sofa bed. On the back of here is a balcony please be careful.
Up to the final floor you have the two bedrooms with double beds and the shared family bathroom with bath and shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property. Access is self service with a lock box.

Where to start. You will be in the heart of the growing and ever popular Marina area of Hull with some fantastic restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to the Connexin Live arena should you wish to catch a show or see an act.
You are only a 5 minute walk to the city centre and Hull's shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Taxis are easy to come by in this part of Hull.
The train station is only a 15 minute walk away.
