"The Sunset Cove house was just right for a group of three adults hoping for a cozy family get-together at a lovely coastal location. The house had everything we needed, including a lovely beach view and all the comforts of home. It was great!"

"Enjoyed our stay in Arch Cape. Great open space for gathering on the top floor, Time for games, crafting, conversation with a view over the rooftops of the ocean. Comfortable home, lots of natural light and quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive! Will stay again. "

Great location with a few hiccups.

"The stay at Rose Haven was quite enjoyable however, there are some things which need to be addressed so future renters don’t encounter what we did. YES, the windows tend to get quite saturated with condensed water inside. Its because its colder outside than inside, and the window seals or windows need replacing as the cottage is older and needs that renovation to simply “hush” those who are looking for something to complain about. YES, the mattresses were replaced with VERY comfortable, nice mattresses HOWEVER, one of the double beds (in the room alone) simply needs a new frame or box spring… as the bed is horribly uncomfortable as it currently is. Second double bed is comfortable… the bed situation makes for a difficult time if there’s more than ONE adult needing their own bed. Bring PLENTY of firewood for the wood burning stove, and to get the best circulation of heat from the stove, turn on the ceiling fan… The biggest issue we had was the creepy neighbor to the immediate north (next door). There’s nothing quite as creepy as coming out of the bathroom after taking a shower to see some strange man peering into the west facing windows of the house in MID DAY. This caused panic and immediate discomfort, creating a need to have more than half of the window blinds closed so we weren't being watched by a strange man, who incidentally saw that we saw him creeping, so he stood in the tall bush at the NW edge of the properties so as not to be seen. Very Very creepy."
