This beautiful 3- story, lakefront Townhome, is located in Huddleston, on Smith Mountain Lake. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The main level offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with a table that seats 7 people, and living room area. The upper level offers a Primary Suite with a king size bed, and a full bath. Full bath offers his and her sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. The lower level offers a living area, bedroom with two sets of twin size bunk beds, laundry, and a full bath. Townhome has WIFI and Cable TV. There's a Gas grill located on the deck.
You will have the use of an assigned floating boat slip, and assigned Kayaks, at no extra charge. Please bring your own life jackets for Kayak use.
The Townhome also offers board games, Pac Man video game, corn hole boards, and the use of 4 beach chairs and sand toys.

All sheets and towels are provided. Please be sure to bring your own Beach Towels! No Parties and absolutely NO Smoking is allowed!


This Townhome is not part of the Mariners Landing Subdivision; therefore, amenity access is NOT available during your stay.
This Townhome is pet friendly! Please keep this is mind for anyone who
may have allergies etc.





Townhome is located close to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. The State Park offers a Boat Ramp, Swimming Area, Seasonal Concession Stand, Walking Trails, and more!!!! You can have access to the public golf course (fees apply) and the restaurants located inside the Subdivision.

Convenient location to the lake
First and foremost, the location is truly beautiful and picturesque, situated approximately 100 feet from the dock, which does require a short walk. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with sufficient amenities for guests. However, I encountered some discrepancies regarding the check-in process. The information provided in the listing indicated that a physical key would be available in a lockbox; however, I discovered that entry is actually via a touchpad. This led to some confusion and a significant amount of time spent searching for the key. I recommend updating the listing to clarify this aspect for future guests. Additionally, the advertisement mentioned access to the on-site club amenities . Upon further inquiry with the management company, I learned that this access is not available. I have advised the management team to revise the listing to avoid any potential misunderstandings. On a positive note, I want to commend the management company for their assistance. I requested an early check-in to enjoy the lake view before sunset, and they graciously accommodated my request. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and support. I would also like to mention that guests are responsible for disposing of their trash, as there is no on-site pickup. The nearest dumpster is approximately a nine-minute drive away, which may be worth noting for future guests. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I found the house to be clean and comfortable.
