Nearby, hunters can find abundant deer, turkey, and small game, while golfers have their skills tested at several local golf courses. For stargazers, the night sky transforms into a celestial display, offering breathtaking views of the northern lights, Starlink satellites, and meteors when conditions are right.

The cottages, built from cedar log quarter material, exude a warm, rustic country charm. Each cottage features a screened-in porch, skylights, a ceiling fan, and a wood-burning stove to cozy up to during cooler weather, along with a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

Just 50 feet from your cottage, you'll find excellent swimming conditions in crystal-clear water with a sand/cobblestone mix shoreline that transitions to a sandy lake bottom, as well as superb spots for boating and fishing for walleye, perch, pike, trout, and world-class smallmouth bass.

Within a 5-15 minute drive, there's a marina, gas stations, parks, general stores, championship golf courses, restaurants, and bars.

And 20-30 minutes away, you can access thousands of acres of public land, explore Reid & Hoist Lakes foot trails, visit the maritime city of Alpena with its museums and shipwrecks, enjoy Harrisville's boat harbor, Lake Huron's shores, and the historical Sturgeon Point Lighthouse & Museum.
