The hotel was immaculate!! Customer service was excellent, amenities were great, and we were within a few feet from The Galleria. Taylor, at the front desk was amazing. Self-parking was kind of frustrating because we couldn’t find our car. We were assisted by staff and they helped us find it. The only con to this property is no elevators in the parking garage. We’ll use valet the next time we’re in town. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. The pictures don’t do this property justice!! This will be our go-to property the next time we’re in Houston.

The gentleman at the front desk with glasses was extremely helpful and just super nice. He went above and beyond to make my stay nice. There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom though that didn’t go away after I ran the water
