We stayed only for one night, two rooms. Everything overall was fine. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent, it was a basic buffet style set up.

This hotel is a good place to sleep. It was quiet at night and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good every morning. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay at SpringHill Suites.

Ughh. Rooms are uncomfortable- lighting is limited and there is no way to feel like the lights are on, just a few lamps in corners. Fridge is not cold. Had to go back and forth, upstairs and downstairs one night 3x because the room key didn’t work. Do not plan to eat breakfast here - they basically try not to serve anything edibl - for 3 days straight they had only bowls to eat from. This is a small hotel and there are not a ton of people - even early in the morning they were out of 2/3 hot items for a solid 20 min - no attendant, no coffee or hot water, no oatmeal, no yogurt. Basically dry cereal, muffins, and waffles were available.

Hotel was easily assessable and staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Couch in living area not comfortable. Issue with air conditioner not working properly. Set at lowest temp and would blow cool air, but would cycle off when room not at temp set. Not HOT in room, but too warm for sleeping comfortably.

Not grilling…. Frying in Katy.
This was the worst room ever. Even after we complained we were told we could a full refund if we called hotels.com. They did their best but the hotel lied. Our room was 101°. There was no AC running. This was on the third floor. We checked out at 7am to just get out of there. Will never be back because of the lies and failure to make sure we were comfortable.

SpringHill suites are a good stay. My children love the area, so that matters. Facilities and room are always clean and smelling good. Sleep is peaceful cause it's quiet. Housekeeping should make sure the occupied rooms are stocked with toiletries and towels, that's my only complaint. Front Desk usually helps out with that if you go down to request it and they're all very nice and attentive. Other than that nice area and nice stay.

Bathroom of assigned suite was not properly clean. Bathtub, shower liner NOT clean. Shower liners should be replaced after each guest leaves. These were dingy and brown. Tub and sink had rust stains. Toilet under rim filthy and downright nasty. Carpet of on floor old and should be replace. Overall facility should be renovated
