I booked this hotel at 8.30am, the morning of our stay. We arrived at 9.30pm after a three hour drive to be told that there were no rooms available. The 'girl' behind the desk seemed more interested in her Raisin Cane's take-out than anything else, but offered to call other local hotels in the group me give me a refund. The second hotel said they had a room available which was 35mins away and due to the time and being tired I agreed to go there. I was given a printed copy of our check-in registration and told to give it to the other hotel staff upon arrival. We arrived at the second hotel 35mins later, by this time it was almost 10.30pm. When I explained the above I was told they had no idea we were coming and that they had no rooms available. They tried to call the first hotel numerous times to clarify but nobody was picking up. They eventually said they could give me a room already booked out and they would have to decline the other guest if they arrived. They said the TV didn't work but by this point I couldn't care less about watching TV so took the room. We got to the room which is best described as tired. Burns and stains on the carpet, marks and scuffs on the walls, holes in the shower curtain, etc. Inside the room there was the standard one-cup coffee percolator but no coffee, nor were there any toiletries. I headed back to reception only to be told that they did not supply coffee or toiletries anymore. Really ??? The staff at reception bombarded b

The place it’s not same as pictures on the website. Very smelly and the carpet was wet. Toilet very old and dirty. The parking area dirty too, and feel very unsafe.

Do not stay here . When I got there my room was dirty , piss in toilet , garbage in cans , desk had open bottles on it . The tube was dirty . Do not book through Orbitz either . They took my money , didn’t care I had nowhere to sleep been trying to get my refund everyday . They advertising that this dirty hotel serves breakfast and they don’t . Charge me all this money and trying not to accommodate me . I sent pictures and videos. Guess I’ll get a lawyer for both business. I came all the way from Ohio to Texas to be homeless

The Wi-Fi here was not dependable. It worked well in some places and not in others. They may need to hire more people to clean the rooms because daily room cleaning was not available because of worker shortage. While my stay wasn't bad it could have been a lot better with these improvements of strengthening the Wi-Fi and having a few more cleaning staff.
