The staff were great! Super helpful and always said hello. Unfortunately, we booked a king bed and a couch pull out bed but it want until later on we realized the couch did not have a bed in it. She did offer to change our room but we had already unpacked, etc.The walls did have something brown that appeared to be splashed on it in the main bedroom area, but overall I loved the room itself and the area!

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and there was a pervasive, horrible smell throughout. I had to change rooms six times, but each one had the same issues—either a foul odor or unclean conditions. The water even ran brown, which was very concerning. When I raised these issues with the manager, Jose, he was dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the problem. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping available after 4 pm. Overall, I am very unhappy with my stay and will not be returning.

The property was ok staff was very kind so my review is not at all a reflection of them. Every interaction with staff was good. However, the property has very thin walls and you can hear ALL and I do mean ALL the noise your neighbors make…including that nighttime energy noise. Was super annoyed that I woken up multiple times by the neighbors due to the thin walls. They were also o books water spots on the ceilings cracks in the paint and fixtures in the room and the third night I had both internet and tv issues.

The Sonder is a great spot with the absolute perfect location. While small the only complaints I have are there were no dish rags, hand soap, and kitchen utensils were a bit sparse for being “fully stocked “. We would absolutely stay again but if you plan on an extended stay pack extra.

Stayed here several times but they no longer have anywhere to store luggage which is a huge problem if you have a late flight out. Originally they had lockers and then an office where you could leave bags but now, nothing.

Huge nicely decorated space. Very clean with washer and dryer and Davines soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a nice touch. This was our second stay in two weeks and both units were equally as comfortable.

The apartment was big and comfortable.It had a full kitchen with everything we needed, a washer and dryer, ample closet space. The only issue we had was the elevator didn't work on the last day of our stay. We had to take the stairs with all the luggage. Otherwise, definitely worth the price which was not expensive.
