When I got there late, apparently my reservation got cancelled without my knowledge and I had to pay again for the reservation. I have yet to get my money back for the first reservation!

Smokey room
Absolutely terrible we will never use this place again. Upon arrival the young lady didn't see our travel arrangements. Then it got worse as we entered our room.The floor we stayed in was extremely smokey and smelled terrible from cigarette smoke.Stains on the carpet and torn up chairs and torn up walls. I took pictures and waiting for management to contact me immediately. I did contact the front desk to come and smell for themselves last night,and poor girl said I don't smoke so I'm not sure what to smell. As we were checking out and made a complaint to the morning front desk and he was concerned and had me write down our issues,another guest also had the same concerns as I did. He mentioned his room was by ours and same ugly smell. We couldn't sleep and woke up with headaches we left early this morning due to this room. We are exhausted from no sleep and truthfully from smoke inhalation. I have asked for a refund due to this and hope we get it.

The faculty is dated and the room reeked of smoke. We unfortunately decided not to stay as we were not comfortable in the facility with the smoke and dated/worn out appearance of the facility.

When we got to our room, there was hair left in the shower, there was trash left on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet had not been cleaned, the wallpaper was coming down. If we would've been staying more than one night, we would've left asap. It wasn't worth the $100 we spent!

The staff that I dealt with were friendly and the check in process was easy. The room was semi-clean with hair left in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. The chair had been repaired with duct tape, and the comforter had been repaired from previous years. The remote was partially functioning (volume control worked but channel selector intermittently worked). There was not a large selection for breakfast. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Only one elevator. Ice machine on second floor still broken. Rooms are small but a lot of amenities packed in. Breakfast has limited selection but at least has eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Also bread and yogurt. Not much more. Fairly well maintained older property.
