Everything about the property was great. It was clean. The rooms are big and nice. The only problem that I had was the Internet service and the dogs barking at night, but it wasn’t for long and then they got quiet.

Other guests at the hotel were noisy kids playing in the hallway until 11pm could hear the people above me constantly walking around and once in a while like someone was jumping op and down I finally complained to the front desk at 1am

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were adequate. However, The room carpet and floor felt dirty. The shower floor was extremely slippery and was a bit precarious getting in and out. We had to unplug the room’s clock because it was making noise. We stayed at this property last year but it is not as good as then. The shuttle to the airport we reserved for 6:30 am left us and we had to scramble to get to the airport. The driver was rude and left well before the 6:30 time. We had already paid to park at the hotel but ended up going across the street to The Spot to park to get a shuttle to the airport. It was extremely stressful and in our opinion should not have happened.

Convenient. Airport shuttle was NO wait and we were at the hotel within 18 minutes of landing, and that included getting our luggage. Easy directions to the shuttle pick up. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable. However, their neighbors, dozens of dogs, are let out at 6am and are all barking loudly (Doggie day care). Perhaps these neighbors ought to consider they are next door to a hotel which is solely designed for people to have a nice place to SLEEP. If you want to sleep past 6am, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Because these neighbors aren't being considerate enough to keep their dogs in until a reasonable time.
