Very friendly reception team on arrival and the apartment itself is a great size, very comfortable with useful amenities. There’s a tram stop just around the corner to the block taking you to the museum district easily and there are a number of food options locally. Recommended.

Excellent facility and location!
My experience was great my room looked more like a junior suite, and it was so nice, plenty of space: A kitchenette, a dining area, a seating area and a separate bedroom with a master bathroom. Very pleased with the room and the customer service!

Not worth your money or stay!
Oh where do i begin.. Well the room was great, yes but the views were nice. The shower was nice too. The bed was hard, the couch was hard like no one has ever sit on the couch. The receptionist with fuzzy hair and the lady with beautiful blue eyes need an update on customer service, they had horrible attitudes and man I tell you they made the experience horrible! The new girl that was working on my first night was awesome, great, bubbly, energetic, very nice but the other two were just rude, mean, and condasending!! Like take a happy pill or two before you go to work! I was not aware or told that i needed a room key to use the elevator, was not aware that there was no parking other then with Valet (valet gentlemen were very very sweet and nice) They rocked!! Very angry that there was no breakfast except in the resturant, like after paying seriously no comp breakfast!! The stay was not worth 0!! I sadly will only come back because of the valet team and the new girl, other than that it is not worth the stay! Yeah I am angry there was no COFFEE!! You had a machine for espresso, latte, and stuff but no regular coffee!! The towels were so darn stiff like someone put a whole can of starch on the towels, I read that the towels were incredibly soft, the bed was soft and it was the exact opposite! I am angry cus I paid for the room (and additional for deposit, so they got an additional that i was not prepared for. I was not happy!!

The apartment was so cute! I had a little trouble finding the parking garage, but that is probably because I am directionally challenged. I called the property, and decided to valet. The restaurant in the facility was lovely and timely. Everyone working at this property was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back.
