Enjoyed my stay
The room exceeded my expectations! It really felt like a one-bedroom apartment. I also liked the free fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well as the bottled waters offered on our floor. Location seems a bit hard to find if you're catching Uber, for example. So had some difficulties with that. But otherwise it was a nice stay & in walking distance of nightlife on Main St. Also a pretty cool, reasonably priced restaurant at the hotel. I definitely plan to stay here again.

I would have enjoyed the property more if my room was clean. Each day that I stayed, I found more & more hair in different places. The room was just not properly cleaned at all. Due to it being a conference there wasn’t an option for me to change rooms. The staff is friendly and has a willingness to help. The room was just not up to par at all.

Would definitely stay again! The staff was accommodating, check in process was seamless, and the room was great. There were a couple of small things that I did not like, but the good outweighed the bad tenfold. Next time I’m in Houston, I’m staying here!

Great stay at a beautiful hotel. Houston is very spread out, so even though this hotel is downtown, it’s not that close to many restaurants or sights. Still, I would recommend.

I’m making this review because while I enjoyed my much needed stay, there were some things I just find unacceptable coming from someone who used to work at a reputable hotel in Chicago. The first impression is everything and it was subpar with the doorman/bellman. They don’t greet or open the door for you. Unacceptable. The second person I came across got my name and told me to check in at the kiosk, which is fine but didn’t explain anything to me. Unacceptable. The bartenders at Table 7 didn’t know how to make simple drinks, cherry picked who they checked on and actually waited on. Unacceptable. I went to do my laundry and I was waiting for the elevator, someone who worked there rushed before me to get in the elevator first instead of waiting on the guest to enter the elevator they have been waiting on. Acceptable. I stayed 4 nights and not once was an asked if I need fresh towels or anything. It’s those things that could make the hotel go from 3 to 4. Or even to 5 stars.

Very friendly reception team on arrival and the apartment itself is a great size, very comfortable with useful amenities. There’s a tram stop just around the corner to the block taking you to the museum district easily and there are a number of food options locally. Recommended.

Excellent facility and location!
My experience was great my room looked more like a junior suite, and it was so nice, plenty of space: A kitchenette, a dining area, a seating area and a separate bedroom with a master bathroom. Very pleased with the room and the customer service!
