Breakfast is the only issue I had limited options no starch like potatoes only eggs and sausage on hot line staff was really nice everything very clean grill needs some attention.

The best stay I’ve had while traveling in a good minute. Staff was helpful and quick to respond when assistance was needed. We enjoyed the stay and hopefully will be back one day.

The hotel room, hallways, and outside property were well maintained. The pool however was cloudy and had a horrible smell. The breakfast was very lacking (many empty containers) and the cooked food was horrible. No dinner was served as is done in most Residence Inn hotels. And the front desk attendant, while friendly, made it clear that he doesn't like children.

I reserved a king bed and got a double. I also got an accessible room which had a chair in the shower/tub. The comforter had blood on it. The front of the fridge was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The hallway had the same trash in it the entire 2.5 days I was there. It was the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had.

The room was filthy and blood stains in the bathroom on the floor: there was NO HOT WATER. When I asked a staff to help me they said the boilers are down and only 1 is workingl they offered to put me in another room that was across the hall where when we tested for hot water it did not have any either. Several other guest in the lobby in the morning were complaining about cold showers. I asked for a refund to the staff member and was denied: I would have gone else where. I was also given a handicap room that I did not request. This place is poorly managed and needs to be assessed by its owners.
