DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give zero starts if it was an option. I contacted VRBO four days before our check-in date because I sent the property manager a message and had not heard back from her. They shared a phone number with me and I was able to call and speak with her. She informed me that they do not give check-in information until noon of the day of check-in. I confirmed with her our check-in date and time and explained to her that I wanted to make sure everything was set because we were traveling over four hours to get to this location. She assured me that everything was ready to go. On our way to the site, I called the number back because I still had not received check-in information by the noon time she gave me. She told me she was sending it right then. Two hours later, another guest called her because she was not answering my calls. She informed them that she sent the information to my email, but I had not received it. I tried calling her again and she sent me to voicemail. Several other guests tried to call her and she sent them to voicemail as well. As we are trying to get in touch with her, we received notification that she canceled the reservation. We were two hours away from checking in and four hours away from home.
