The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located complex. Beautifully decorated condo located just a mile from both the medical center and NRG stadium. Close and easy access to the museum district, dining, shopping and parks. Walk out the complex and take a stroll on the canal or enjoy some time by the pool in the Houston heat. This second story condo with covered parking has never flooded and is located in a gated and security guard patrolled complex.

This is the perfect spot for those travelling for medical care, travelling nurses and other medical staff, or those just wanting to enjoy Houston and the beautiful museum district. Condo is two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with central heat/air, in unit laundry, wifi, three smart TVs, dedicated work space, two walk in closets, fully stocked kitchen. There are two Sealy Posturpedic Mattresses, one is firm with a mattress topper and the other is EuroPlush. We keep a rotation of streaming services which may include Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Paramount, Apple TV, Prime or Peacock.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips and cotton balls. Kitchen has everything you should need to create wonderful meals. We have K-cups and ground coffee to use in the insulated French press. The condo is located in a quiet gated complex next to the medical center. There is a security guard who patrols at night. The lovely pool is located just across from the covered parking spaces and we provide a pool bag complete with beach towels for your use.

We are happy to arrange for our professional cleaner to come do a mid-stay cleaning for guests. Guests will pay the cleaning service directly. For all stays longer than 3 weeks, we provide a routine cleaning (not laundry) at no charge to guests. Please note that this cleaning does not cover excessively dirty units.

Nearby you will find a large variety of grocery stores and pharmacies for easy shopping. The museum district, Rice University with its shopping and restaurants and Hermann Park are all just a couple of miles away. The medical center is approximately one mile away.
