I had a good stay. The staff were super friendly and super accommodating. My only issue was the train that ran every 10 minutes. It was very noisy.

Couples getaway or girls trip
Perfect for a couples get away or girls trip! Would not say it’s family friendly. Great location if you are here to drink, dine, and enjoy Houston’s Night life. It is a little loud, but didn’t bother us at all. It’s expected, as you are staying Downtown. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Overall we had a great stay, will be back!

The room needed a good sweeping when we got there. The toilet seat was loose, the door wouldn’t lock, and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallway and if you happen to have an adjoining room, you can hear every word your neighbors are saying. I woke up every time someone closed their hotel door despite playing white noise. There was some party at the bar next door that was incredibly loud late into the night. The staff were nice and it’s within walking distance of a lot of things. Check in and out was fast and easy. It’s a nice hotel if you’re in your younger twenties, but I wouldn’t stay here again because I need sleep.

Loud and bad bathroom
The bathroom was huge but the toilet was right next to the sliding barn door that had a huge gap so no privacy whatsoever. Our room faced the street where we could constantly hear the tram car honking at pedestrians, a protester on a loud speaker and the clubblaring music below. Also there were only 2 usable outlets, none in the bathroom.
