Bad experience
This was worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in the house and dead roaches on the floor. The grass outside was 3 feet tall. The pool and pool area wasn’t cleaned. One room didn’t have a bed in it. The room with upstairs that didn’t have furniture like advertised. And to top it all off the property didn’t have water.

Poor communication
I believe the have a bot that reponds to messages. Asked if i could book and checked if there was damage from the hurricane from a couple weeks back. I was told to book and that there wasnt any damage. They cancled late the night before and couldnt book a property for our trip. Then they responed that there was damage from the hurricane, even though they told me everything was fine. Very bad communication on their part. I did recieve a full refund but that didnt help the situation.
