Don't depend on this one.
We wanted to come and stay in Pearland for a few days for a family function. I found this VRBO property. We booked it and made our plans. I was unable to find out specific address until after I booked and had to request it. It is a very good thing I copied materials and wrote down my reservation ID because when I got to the property at the time I was supposed to be able to get in, I was prepared. I called the number for the code for the door. No answer. We waited several minutes and called again. At that point, the owner of the property informed me that this property was listed on both VRBO and another site. He said the property was already occupied and VRBO and the other site were supposed to communicate with each other to make this situation not happen. He also said he had a property manager. He said he needed to get off the phone with us to see what was going on and assured us he would, not only call us back, but figure out something for us. He never even tried to call us back. Chicken move. Later we got our credit card refunded and we had to find a motel. Renter, Be aware!
