This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private home is located in a double cul-de-sac within a small neighborhood right in the heart of old League City.

-Fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms.
-All utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash & internet) included
-Smart TV's in all bedrooms. Living room TV is equipped with a surround sound theatre system for an exceptional movie experience.
-Living room couch pulls out into a queen size bed.
-Washer/Dryer nestled in its own dedicated wash room.
-Highspeed WIFI
- Large laptop/computer desk space in master bedroom.
-Two (2) person shower in master bathroom. Shower has two shower heads with their own temperature controls. One of the shower heads is EXTRA tall for those taller folks.
-Dressers located in bedrooms #1 and #3. Double door closet with shelving and drawers in bed frame in bedroom #2.
-Lucious greenery in backyard with a variety of aloe, grape vines, peach, fig, loquat, pear, bamboo, and other various plants and trees.
Please note that the greenery in the backyard will look different and vary during the winter months. (Photos were taken in March)

Phenomenal location puts you within walking distance to several restaurants (Red River Barbeque, Red River Cantina, Roma Pizza, Papa Chen Chinese Food, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Panda Express).

There is a gate in the backyard that spits you right out onto a jogging path. The path will take you around a bend, over a small canal and past a pond. The end of the path will place you in the parking lot of a full size grocery store (Kroger)!!!

Please Note that the garage is being utilized by homeowner for minor storage. Tenant will still have access to garage.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Helen's Garden. Enjoy your stay with amenities like 2 bathrooms and a fireplace in the vacation home.

Perfect home away from home
Great location, great neighborhood and wonderful walking path. The home had everything needed to make for a nice stay. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants and bank. Most responsive owner, attentive to every need.
