Bad room facing an inner alley. Front desk person was not willing to give us a nicer room even when the hotel was half empty. The hallway had a bad odor. Overall a bad hotel. Stay away from this one.

The reason we booked the hotel was for the rave reviews of the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the hotel systems were down so they were not able to give us keys to our room and the restaurant/bar was closed. They did escort us to our room for entrance but we had to very mindful when we left because we were not able to get back in without an escort. Very disappointed.

Great welcoming staff, Nice room. It was wonderful to be able to walk to food and the convention center easily. The coffee pot gave us a little trouble, but staff is wonderful about exchanging it quickly.

Nice room, great location, enjoyed the rooftop bar, nice bathroom amenities. Didn’t like pillows as they were hard as rocks and ice machine not working and no options to get ice were given.
