Im a very low impact traveller, and dont have a lot of needs. I did appreciate the online check-in option, it meant i was able to just walk in and pick up my keys with very little hassle. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, but nothing exceptional. Everything was notably clean and tidy.

from the second we walked into the room, we could tell that it had been smoked in and it was attempted to be hidden. secondly, there was a ceiling light hanging. (we have a photo) third, we went to use the phone to report this issue to the front desk, and the phone didn't work. fourth, i went to throw something away, and the SINGLE trash bag that was in the can wasnt tied, upon this discovery, there was something wet and smelly in the can. fifth, i went to wash this off my hands, and there were 0 towels whatsoever in the room. sixth, the breakfast options were quite limited. bread, bite size muffin, a few yogurt, sausage, instant egg, and waffle. (oh and some ripe apples) overall, not a great experience.
