No elevator. Rude guests
The Hotel is usually a nice place to stay. This time the elevator was not working and it was loud above us. I complained multiple times but they would not stop doing whatever they were doing on the floor above us. The guy at the reception said he had been up there multiple times. At some point you need to keep people out. It doesn't matter if they are there cuz they're immigrants or on FEMA or whatever they need to know how to stay in a hotel without bothering everybody else. I wish they had known they had those kind of people staying here and the elevator didn't work before I drove 4 hours. One kid even asked me for money as I was walking the stairs. Guess we'll have to pay more for a better Hotel without those type of people

I got bites in room 331. I'm not sure what the insects were, but they might have been bedbugs based on how they look. The price definitely isn't worth the level of cleanliness—$90 per night for a place that's not that good.
