Find somewhere else to stay.
Old, dingy, dark. This hotel has seen better days. The front desk staff were great, but housekeeping never visited my room over the course of four full days. I was told to expect “every other day” but it was in reality never. Room was okay, but the hallways were really worn out, stained, and dark. Not worth the price paid.

Stayed a week to visit family. Nice pool and grounds. Carpets throughout hotel (hallways, room) are old and stained. Asked for daily room service, but it’s only available every other day, and was done minimally. I needed a place to sleep and this fulfilled the role. Also, pets are allowed, so a couple of nights, there was barking going on. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The stay was so-so, the man the checked is in was rude. The house keeper did not clean the room good. The breakfast food was nasty. And this was my 2nd time staying at this location and the 1st stay back in April was good and up to par.

The day I arrived the air conditioner and the refrigerator was broke! They had to move me to another room which was the n a lower level. When I checked in to this room there was a large dead cockroach/water bug by the window. The next day housekeeping came in to supposedly clean but that cockroach was still there in that same spot. The next day got up to use the bathroom there is another large cockroach in the bathroom that I killed! Thinking housekeeping would be in to clean ,she would see this large dead bug and the other one and clean them up. But to my surprise my room wasn’t scheduled for a clean that day. I’m really freaking out by now with these large big dead bugs everywhere so I asked the front desk if someone could come to my room and get these dead bugs up. He said he put me on the list for them to come in and clean. The day went by, I’m back in my room. Housekeeping never came to clean my room! My last night there I went to dinner came back to my room lights on and another large cockroach runs in front of me! I’m frantically moving things trying to kill this bug because I don’t want this bug to crawl in my luggage and end up at my home! I was shook up but so exhausted from all this I didn’t bother to call housekeeping! I knew they wouldn’t come fro past experiences! I went to bed! During checkout no one asked me if housekeeping showed up or not. They didn’t even ask me how was my stay with them. Very upsetting to me! That bug is probably still there in room #127
