Great recommendation for a place to stop as a layover. However wouldn’t say that putting a solo female traveller on the ground floor is good recommendation from the staff other than that can’t fault this place

the room and the hotel was super nice and clean. The only problem I had was the Shuttle driver (Nelson) who works for that hotel. he is very rude and mean. he has no respect! we asked him nicely to be careful with my damaged suitcase. and he started yelling at me in front of other passengers. He did not want to close the sliding door, he asked me to do it. I closed the door and I didn't close it properly he asked me to do it again and I told him I don't know how this thing works. he got out of the care all mad he came and slammed the door. I felt very unsafe.
