Pretty chill & clean. Check in was quick, the room was clean and issue free. They breakfast was really great too. I love the pond area in the hotel with the fishes. That was a great highlight for me. Definitely highly recommended and you should check it out if you are in Houston.

I loved the hotel!! The decor, ambiance, and overall vibe was lovely. I just so happened to stay in a weekend when there was a wedding reception which I didn’t like(wayyyy too many people… I know that’s an me problem) Also the elevators are kind of slow. I would definitely stay again.

Nice lobby, rooms need attention
I recently stayed one night with my family before our cruise departure the following day. The lobby is very nice, with the added ambiance of the Koi fish ponds. The room itself was not dilapidated, however it was in dire need of a complete deep clean. Most noticeably all the fabrics including the carpet. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud and did not do an adequate job of keeping the room at a consistent temperature. The room was noisy and freezing when the air conditioner was running, and hot and stuffy when it wasn’t. We had breakfast at the main restaurant before checking out and chose the buffet, which was pretty underwhelming with the exception that the bacon was very good. The service was however, impeccable, and we really enjoyed our server Mohammad. All in all, the stay served its purpose for my family when needed, but I would not choose to stay here again when in Houston.
