The property was beautiful. It was fun to feed the koi fish. They have free fish food at the check-in counter. The staff was excellent. when we got to the room, we needed to call the front desk. One of the phones was not plugged in, but that is the only negative that I can say about the property.

Even though I was VIP customer I still got charged additional $40 for early entry. First time it ever happens to me, as you walk in the hotel smells amazing super clean, staff friendly. But as soon as you get to the room, when the A/C turns on it smell a lot like old and rusty. The pillows need a big upgrade as well.

Beautiful interior and exterior, room was large with an excellent huge flat screen TV. Black/Gold Bar was comfortable and convivial. Service at bar and restaurant was outstanding. We had a concern about our bill and the manager Ivan went out of his way to make it right. We had a great stay!

Love the indoor koi pond and the staff were friendly. The hotel is dated - old furniture, dark, old fixtures. Showers did not get hot, app to order food did not work properly and the elevators were very slow.

The property is well maintained and the only downside to the property was not having a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The refrigerator was first come first serve.
