Unacceptable customer service
I reserved a room with two queens. When my family arrived, all they had was a king. When we questioned why we did not have the room we reserved, the lady at the front desk told us she could refund our money and we could go somewhere else. We had a child with us, it was 11pm at night and we weren't in a position to go find another room. I understand things happen, but how about an apology, an offer to discount our room or just some kindness? Will never go back.

Overall a great place and the rate for the room is fair. Only negative, business next door played loud music until midnight. I had a room on the top floor and I still heard the music.

There is no self parking, you are REQUIRED to utilize the valet service. When I wanted to go up to the lobby (because it is on the 3rd floor), the valet attendant said in order to leave my car, in a parking lot they do not own may I add, I would have to leave my keys with him anyway. I told him I am not doing that especially since my car was not parked on their property. Once inside the front desk concierge provided me an address to a parking garage behind the building that I could self park, but it is not owned by them and they are not responsible for towed vehicles. When we got inside the room the pillow cases had stains on them but overall clean beyond that. Pool and gym are nice and peaceful. Since the hotel lobby starts on the 3rd floor of the building, the 1st floor is not officially part of the property. A lot of homeless people sit in there and random people come in off the street to charge their phone and sit down. Thats not a safe environment especially if you have young women in your family walking around alone.
