The front desk lady, Gia, was not very friendly and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. I observed this not only our interaction but with other guests' interactions as well. I can't imagine why Marriott would allow such a thing.

Property is very old, not well maintained. Old carpeting, bathtub chipped and stained. Flooring cracked, tile is loose, sloppy caulking, decorative knobs missing, beds should be replaced, parking lot littered with pot holes...not sure why Marriot Corp / Host Marriot are hanging on to this property. Extremely disappointed with condition of property BUT staff was great!

AVIOID this hotel. Not a 4 star. Was assigned a room on 6th floor. Was not able to sleep. Super loud AC. The strobe on the smoke detector randomly flashes. One of the 2 USB ports in the room did not work. Burned lamp at the entrance. Sink did not drain well. The person at the front desk said that this room should not have been in the market. Room changed in the AM to an internal 7th floor one. For the new room, I reported issue with a non working USB and also a burned light bulb. Stayed there for 4 nights but maintenance never showed up. One day, I left the room at 10:00am and came back at 5:00pm. Room was not cleaned. Then when it got cleaned, the trash can in the room did not get emptied. Additionally, shower faucet does not work well when switching from tub to shower. Bathtub did not drain well. When pulled the hair dryer from the shelf, candy wrap paper from prior guests dropped on the foloor. The hotel is going through some renovation but the items I mentioned should never have been discovered by guests.

This hotel was conveniently located with plenty of parking at all times of the day. The lobby was spacious and provided several choices of restaurant, coffee shop or bar/lounge.
