Disappointing
We didn’t stay in the original property because it wasn’t ready. The property we stayed at wasn’t completely ready as well toilet flush panel was missing in one of the bathrooms, walls were not painted all the way. The tub in the master didn’t work at first I had to mess with the drain. Master bathroom toilet doors was almost off the hinges. I could see where they relocated the shower head because it wasn’t finished. There was a leak from the rain in the living room. The property manager communicated with me through the app and said they would give me a comp stay but haven’t heard anything from them. Thais ruined what was supposed the be a magical weekend, I had a photographer I had to cancel and a chef that was canceled because of the issues. Still I have no resolve.
