The hotel and rooms were great, very nice, the staff was excellent, however the outside pool area, was very dirty, tables not cleaned, floors dirty, the pool bathrooms dirty but sweated or cleaned, the parking lot, people liter from their vehicles, however I watched staff walked pass it all day whille I was at the pool, they were even taking the garbage out, and walking right pass all the liter, which brought attention to all the birds.

We’ve stayed here a couple times when playing baseball in the area! It has always been clean, and everyone there is so nice. This is our go to hotel when we’re in the area!

Property seemed fairly new, nice finishes and common area. We loved that it was within walking distance to the outlet mall. Breakfast had lots of good options. We came with a youth team for a tournament and what impressed me the most was the staff. A hurricane had just come through Houston 4 days prior and many people in the area were still without power including some employees. Despite all that, Melissa, at the front desk took great care of our group. She confirmed the property was still open, helped coordinate rooms, provided dining recommendations, packed carry-and-go breakfasts for our players because our game time was before breakfast and helped some of our team with late check out. She was wonderful!!
