I was very pleased with staff attentiveness and cleanliness of the property. Everything was well maintenance and they continue to paint and keep the grounds nice. Room service does well and was very comfortable with bedding and amenities. The hot breakfast left nothing to desire more. I will now only use Hilton hotels !

This was a great choice for me. Clean, affordable and comfy. However, there was a water issue and it was difficult to take a shower and get all the way clean. Not sure if all rooms have that issue or if it was just ours.

Reservation and payment included $12 breakfast. Upon check in, was told I would have to pay "additional" for breakfast that was already paid. Room was very clean but the halls to the rooms had trash or food trays outside the doors. Ice machine was not working. I have rather high expectations of Hilton Hotels.

It could have been better
My stay in general was good, the staff was nice and helpful. The property is obviously a bit older and could prob do with a little face lift but it was well-kept. My issue was in the room. When I checked everything out upon arrival the room was clean and looked fine, in the bathroom I noticed the drains were both closed, I thought that was weird but just random. When I showered, I obviously had to unseal the drain, and I left it open because, why would that be a problem? First night no problem. The second night when I arrived back in the room everything was fine, until I went to shower. Imagine my horror when I felt a little "tickle" on my foot while showering,,, I looked down and saw the BIGGEST roach (or waterbug?) I have ever seen in my life. I feel awful for my neighbors because of my screams and slamming trying to keep it from going into the actual room area. After covering it with the ice bucket because I cannot deal with squashing those things I thought it was over, back in the shower I go. I go to close the curtain and, THERE IS ANOTHER ONE ON THE CURTAIN ROD. I lost my mind again and then to my pure horror it disappeared. I had to finish my shower in paranoia and then closed the bathroom door and stuffed a towel to keep it from escaping into the sleeping area. In the morning IT WAS ON THE WALL ABOVE THE TOILET. Freak out number 3. So, if you choose to stay here and you notice your drains are sealed at check-in CLOSE THEM BACK UP after you shower or use the sink.

Sleepless in the Hilton Gardens
My black curtains had to be repaired before they could close. I called the front desk several times about noise, arguments, and doors slamming. The phone was also reported as not working, the television would not tune properly, this was reported. I was not given a wakeup call this morning after requesting one. Annoyed!
