Not up to Hilton standards
Reserved an accesible room with a roll in shower on Hotels.com. No room available upon check-in. The clerk did try to find one but had to settle for an accesible tub which my husband can't use. Hotel is very worn down, not the cleanest and just creepy in general. There is a security gate for parking but was wide open. Not up to Hilton standards at all. In fact someone from Hilton should visit this hotel and give the owner an ultimatum. Breakfast was not bad. The brekfast attendant was very sweet.

The staff was very welcoming and was able to help out with all of our special requests. Great place to stay if your going to the NRG Center nearby. They even have a shuttle running all day.

The place is old and rundown. The shower in our room had low water pressure and the shades on the window were automatic on the wall but didn't work! Also was charged more than the original price!!!

My experience is simply terrible. They provide room service once in two days, really? Hot water takes fourty minutes to come. You will get every single noise like shouting, crying, and laughing from other rooms. The room is very small and very dark. And the breakfast is terrible in a word. I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel.

We stayed here for a few days to visit our son-in-law who was having proton therapy at MD Anderson. The hotel is very centrally located to several hospitals. It is close to Herrman park (where you can go to the zoo, ride a train, visit museums). It is walking distance from the Houston Texans stadium. There is a Kroger near by for groceries and gas. Clean and quite. Breakfasts were fine and the staff were all very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay for the Texas Bowl. Front desk staff was kind, maids were helpful but only speak Spanish. (My wife speaks Spanish, and the maid was very polite getting extra towels). Hotel is close to NRG traffic but not so close it’s impacted by game traffic.

The staff person that was working with the breakfast, noticed I had a cane and brought me a box to place the food and drink. I didn't ask for anything. She noticed that it would be easier for me to take the food back to my room. I really appreciated that.
