My experience was wonderful. Was in town for the Texan game. The hotel is very close to the stadium. My room and eating area were clean. All staff were pleasant and appeared willing and able to assist the guest. Will come back to the hotel for sure.

The shuttle servive to the medical center was great. Loved the driver. Breakfast was very good. Liked that a Lubys cafeteria was next door. Liked that the parking lot was secured at night by fenced. Loved the fact that they were pet friendly.

Property had a musty smell. When we entered our room there was water all over the bathroom floor and it lacked cleanliness. The leak was from the toilet. I called the front desk and they told me that I could just dry it off because they did not know if they had any rooms available. After notifiying the front desk that I would not stay in that room due to saftey issues such as slipping in the bathroom it continued to leak they ended up switching me to another room. Breakfast was not good.

Stay was good. Hall carpet needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Cleaning staff was very helpful, but front desk check in could have been better. It should be noted on the website that there is a charge for parking.
