I would not stay here again. To start, there was a roach crawling up the bathroom door one night. I killed it and didn’t see another the rest of the stay, but still. Our room smelled weird like old smoke and cleaner had seeped into the carpet. The employees never greeted us when we walked in the lobby whatsoever, and they just seemed annoyed consistently. One evening when we were at dinner I had a question so I called, and I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Other than those negatives, the lady working breakfast was kind. Housekeeping employees were kind too.

Room needs to be remodeled immediately. Bathroom faucet did not have adequate water pressure. The room did not look clean at all. The bench in the room should be replaced immediately along with the carpet on the first floor. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel in okay area - did the job.
The hotel was in an okay area, but it was a pleasant stay. The front clerk asked me if I had a car and I said yes, and it wasn't clear if I was charged for parking or he just gave me a pass. I would have like more clarity. The hotel was fine and did the job. The bonus breakfast in the AM was nice too.
