Excuses based on weather. Its fine. Waited for 3 hours for check in (all good, like everyone else). Got the card to access my room, surprise surprise, theres someone literally in the bed. We went to the reception, gave us another card and room, and 1 hour later, someone was trying to get into our new room. I don’t recommend this hotel, or lock yourself in the room and don’t leave any belongings.

In the middle of a truly terrible situation in Houston, after the hurricane, the stuff was patient and went above and beyond to help people any way that they could even when their access to everything was very limited.
