The staff were great. But the room we had the icebox didn't work and we needed to store insulin, so we had to fill the sink with ice to keep them cold. The TV remote was obviously broken and didn't operate the TV except the volume button. Not enough outlets or sources to plug devices like chargers. There's no smoking but the room across from us had been smoking weed as it was strong when we walked out of our room. I can't say all rooms were like this but we didn't get a good room. But we managed as it was later in the evening and we had to be up early to catch a flight. They do have a taxi for early morning flights and a shuttle that starts at 7am.

It was overall affordable, convenient and close to the airport. The bed was not the most comfortable. The worst part of this stay was waking to a flooded room. Half of my luggage was doused in the water. Went to let the front desk know and they didnt have much to say. No guidance as to what to do about a bag full of wet clothes really. Im not one to ever complain but i had a flight to catch in less than 2 hours with a bag full of wet clothes and a flooded room to get ready inn
