This property seriously need to invest some money repairing the elevator which has been broken for ages. Another one works but gives jerks all the time. Rest was fine. Loved the happy hour. Even evening they serve salad and snacks. Love going back there.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. I reported where the insects were in the room at Front Desk, they claimed that Mgr (Zach Erdman) would call me back to discuss my issue but he didn't bother. The piping fabric around sofa and chair was ripped-open, the Leather-like Headboard was peeling. There were dishes full of food left on garden floor ledge for days!! I paid nearly $500 for 2-nights to have to leave my LV luggage in garage for few days for fear of brining roaches home!

The staff was very nice.
The rooms are run down. Restroom didn’t properly flush, old/dirty/broken mattress, ugly ripped headboard, dated carpet, outlets didn’t work, only one elevator works, aircon wasn’t cooling, pool area looked gross. No swans.

We stayed 3 nights, our first night our air wasn’t working properly. The next morning I reported, I was rudely told I should have called during the night to report!?? As I ask the supposed boss? Were there repair men on duty at night? She could have cared less and was rude. The headboards are absolutely disgusting!

Good location I’ve stayed here numerous times. Breakfast chef pleasant & competent, staff friendly. I arrived at 2pm and was given an early check in which was great. No real issues except only one elevator working so long delays at check in & out times. A fair amount of garbage & trash near elevators from Saturday night. Overall this is a great place to stay, the rooms are very comfortable & the staff were much better than most hotels.

The installations are old. The room I stayed at needed painting to look good, but overall it was just fine for a weekend. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was being serviced during my stay and I wasn't told before booking. The indoor pool was the reason was I had picked that hotel. The breakfast was good though, the people in the kitchen are nice and friendly. Also good to have two complimentary drinks in the afternoon, I wish they didn't limit the time to get them.
