We woud like to thank the hotel Manager Rodolfo Reyes who mad us feel at home from the first minutes of our stay. We stayed fo two nights there. The hotel clean and cozy, provide free breakfast and dinner. Me and my daughter really liked it. We recomend this hotel to our friends.

I booked from Dec. 25 to Dec. 30, messaged the Hotel that I was checking in early morning of Dec. 26, but they charged me and cancelled my reservation, when I arrived the lady in the front desk with a poor attitude did not even tried to help or search any solution, lost my money, my reservation, and coming from a long flight went to another Hotel nearby where treated A LOT BETTTER. Bad hotel and poor attention !!!!!
