The hotel is older, needs a refresh. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, no real businesses or places to eat. They do offer transportation to the airport and that went smoothly.

Make certain we were not charged Hotels.com stay
We had to cancel the Hotels.com portion of our stay (which we paid for on arrival at he hotel), they (Michael? at Hotels.com) called the Hobby Doubletree to cancel our reservation for us because we were in New York at the time. Super Satisfied
We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very professional and helpful. We're from California and our drive was very long and tiring, so it was great to stay in a hotel room that was clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again in a couple of months when we return to see my grandson at the hospital in Katy TX.
