We called the hotel 2 weeks before our stay to request our rooms be on the same floor. They said even better we will have them side by side. Wow! Awesome! Not so much….my friend was on the 5 floor….i was on the top floor. It was annoying. Also the room service breakfast was disgusting and over priced. They did nothing to resolve.
