For future visits, I would like to be offered special deals directly through your hotel instead of being forced to have third-party companies involved. It was a big inconvenience when I wanted to extend my stay for two more days at the special rates, so I stayed across the street at your competitors Room offered $10 cheaper than what I was paying ?? They were equally comfortable, spacious and clean rooms also! No authority at Days Inn was given to the front desk to match or compare rates. They were stuck on your higher rates that you offered to the Public. The overall SAVINGS had I stayed at your competitor across the street would’ve been $40 a day. Knowing this,you may start reflectively, looking at discounting the rates for members or Internet customers. Thank you truly for our stay, Mendez family

It was ok, but memorable in a bad way
The hotel is going through renovations, and our room felt like an active remodeling zone. There were tape pieces all over the room, the dresser drawer was broken, and the bathroom mirror was broken.

Had an awful experience from the start I explained to 2 different employees I was arriving at IAH airport more than once to each lady! On the day of my arrival even spoke to the front desk lady twice and told her where I was told me to stay where I was to only find out 45 min later from their driver they do not transport to IAH! I was up since 3am traveling w a 5 year old, had to catch a $50 UBER mind u I only booked them because they offered a shuttle! When I called and asked the front desk lady her name and told her she needs to understand she doors not know her surrounding area well and to not confirm with someone else is not ok when you are putting ppl in a bad way, and what is your name? She hung up on me. When I arrived at the hotel “Anna” said that want me with a very nervous look on her face, I told her no it was definitely you it was your voice and then noticed each of the 3 days in was there, only one desk person was there each day so I am certain it was ANNA that hung up on me. I did contact corporate and still yet to get a call back! I will never book a days inn again because of this!! The room was very nice the property was decently kept, breakfast was horrible walked to Dennys, their eggs & brkfst potatoe were microwvd, sausage was boiled, looked slightly undone. They have quite a few ppl that live on the property, a few homeless hang around the property & rt outside the property. Would NOT stay here again!! Fairfield up the street about 5 mi much better

They moved us to another affiliated hotel, the Wyndham at Hobbey Airport, which was not great . There were guests smoking in the rooms and the hallways were filled with smoke which.seeped into rooms,. The staff had some difficult people to deal with so I can't blame them. We only stayed 1 night. People were partying late, and 2 of those folks knocked on our door at 3am. Overall a poor experience.
