Front desk receptionist was very rude and made it difficult for me to check in even though my room was paid and booked through expedia. At time for check out i was rushed and the staff member was banging on my door. When i asked who it was i was ignored and had to open the door without being dressed since i had just got out the shower. Overall really rude staff.

From the beginning of my trip I had to switch rooms because it smelled like mold, had to go purchase my own fresheners. The breakfast was so horrible I wish I never included it in my stay, everyone does their own thing some days one thing is allowed the next day it’s not once again went and purchased my own avocados with egg since the line cook is there some days and not the other days. Smoked salmon being a option one day and not the next day on the buffet. The pool never gets cleaned I personally cleaned myself before I got in it, I have videos of broken rails and steps in the pool. The elevators don’t work in the garage and 2/4 work in the hotel. They don’t clean the rooms even when asked to change sheets they use the same ones, customer service is so horrible they brought sheets and expected me to change my own bedding after saying house keeping wasn’t there . There’s so much more I can honestly say about this place but to finish this review the key card for the room wasn’t working the whole stay for me, security was called to open the door majority of the time because his card worked for my room but my own card that just got issued didn't. I wouldn’t recommend or ever stay here again, parking garage has overflowing garbage for over 4 days causing cockroaches, very disgusting maybe consider health department.

Elevator didn’t work in the parking garage so you walk up and down flights of steps. & the pool was disgusting and not maintained at all, & very cloudy. The elevators in the hotel didn’t work either only 2 out of 4 did. The hotel was a hotel I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

The hotel could use some maintenance and upgrades with microwave tv fridge and cable but the staff was excellent. Unfortunately no shuttle service.. that may make a difference on another stay.

Property is not in a safe area, they did not clean rooms well, son found a pizza box under the bed. Bathroom was in poor condition, ceiling paint peeling. AC did not work nor did the soap dispenser in shower. We reported it and a day later, nothing had been done. Very sad for a Crown Plaza, I paid a good price for the room too, not cheap.

The beds were really comfortable and front desk service was great. You could hear hall noise ans the ice machines were not working or present on all floors. I had to go down four flours for ice. Parking was easy with close access to property. but the garage could use some cleaning.

They charge you 25 dlls for the parking but there’s not security at all,the elevator to the garage doesn’t work,there was an extreme odor of cannabis in the whole parking lot so if you are traveling with family and kids this it’s not a good place, the towels are stiff and the breakfast buffet it’s now just average,it used to be a very good place but for that price you can find better options
