Upon arrival there is construction directly across the street. You either have to valet your car or park in the lot right next to hotel , both you have to pay. The valet service is literally right next lot which means the parking is uncovered and isn’t worth the $50 a night service. The inside of hotel had a smell to it that was surprising considering the price of the hotel. They had 5 elevators and only 1 1/2 worked. I say 1/2 because either it worked or it didn’t. The bar was overpriced as well as the mini convenience store , which is just a tiny little area . The bathroom inside of the room didn’t have a fan so it steamed up pretty bad . The shower didn’t have any thing to sit your personal soaps or anything inside of it. So had to stack up on the floor, which is crazy. They only do room cleanup or give towels or anything upon request and if you do request be prepared for them not to come. Overall I would not book this hotel again.

Great place, staff is helpful and nice. The draw back was the weekend I had came the elevators were getting serviced so during busy hours it took a little bit to get on the elevator but aside from that. Great experience would definitely recommend.

Staff very friendly. Multiple texts to check how I was doing. I texted back things that needed attention and they were taken care of immediately. Beautiful hotel with character. My view was nice but the left side of the curtains don’t open all the way so there is no way to see out if they window. The restaurant is beautiful but really pricey. Fast elevators.

Staff was super friendly. Room had excellent views, was immaculately clean and spacious. Love that the housekeeping was not invasive but rather it was on the guest to reach out when they wanted their room cleaned. This increased my sense of security and privacy. I felt right at home. 0 complaints.
