Management is rude, unempathetic, and greedy. They charge PER child (no matter the age). So even if the room you book fits 6 and you put 4 on the reservation, they hound you about the number of people staying in the room and they charge more even though my 2 youngest would not be using any of the amenities like the pool or breakfast. We booked 4 nights due to the houston storm/tornado and our power came back on sooner than centerpoint had told us so we tried to check out early so we could go back to work and kids could go back to school. Management refused to let us check out early and just pay a fee. They charged us the full stay PLUS MORE due to my 2 youngest babies. They are very greedy during a natural disaster. Every dollar counts right now because we lost an entire refrigerator and freezer worth of food and our entire fence line collapsed which home insurance does not cover ON TOP OF losing many hours at work. We werent asking for a free night and wouldve been more than willing to pay whatever cancellation/early check out fee. So many people are still without power, they would not have trouble booking that room again.

made a late reservation due to no light in Houston. i have 3 children age 5, 3 and 16 months arrive by 11pm.. couldn't be happier that my children and wife felt at home. peacefully. slept well. Ver hard to travel with 3 children and a young wife am just thankful..
