Stayed there during the transit. I was apprehensive about the shuttle back to the airport next morning since it was very early, 2:30am pickup. But the driver was on time and pleasant. The hallway had strong smell of cleaning products, maybe they just cleaned? The room was clean and had what I needed except for the pillows being smaller than the standard size. I felt safe and the lobby staff were nice.

Room had a very funky smell, chemical cleaner maybe that never went away, even with the window open. The bed sheet was so worn out it one area it had fuzz balls and very uncomfortable. It was late when we got in or I would have called for a new sheet. I know airport hotels are minimum for creature comforts, but for a newer hotel not impressed at all. The shuttle was/is convenient. Will not stay again.

Chemical cleaning smell was overwhelming. Had to open the window to air out room. Sound barrier between rooms was non-existent-could even hear their phone conversations. Air conditioner cycled off & on very loudly all night. Shuttle service to airport was fast & efficient.

Hot room
The room was hot, felt humid in the room. I asked the front to fix the problem the guy came in and moved the bed and said he was cooling. I put temperature to 65 and it would stay on 70 or 74. Beds were not comfortable either. I told front person that was my worst experience ever.
