Our experience at BIZI during our wedding week was exceptional! Despite our last-minute booking, the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate, spacious rooms, every detail was perfect. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms pristine, providing a serene retreat amidst our busy wedding preparations. What truly stood out was the personalized service. They were there 24/7 with answers or resolutions with any issue we had. The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the well-maintained pool and backyard. Special thanks to Christina, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She was always a phone call/text away with all the answers. Our wedding week was a whirlwind, but they provided a haven of peace and comfort. We are deeply thankful for their outstanding hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable stay with a team that truly cares about its guests.
