I should have read the reviews prior to booking. All the problems others had was exactly what happened to us. 1 elevator working along with the service staff filling it with their carts?? Valet was horrible- they only had 1 gentlemen working! And why have a bar- if it was never open. When I questioned the front desk- she was soooo rude and proceeded to tell me the bartender called in?!? Seriously! All she did was hand me a managers card!? The price was good but service alone convinced me to never stay there again!!!

Nice property but a lot of homeless folks begging around the hotel, and the tram is very noisy - from 4am all day

Absolute dump. The pool was a rotten green colour and out of use and the rooftop bar was never open when it should've been. Our room window faced a brick wall and was very rough around the edges. The only saving grace were the valet staff and the guy working behind the bar. It was nothing whatsoever like the pictures.

Very disappointing stay!
Upon trying to check in, their software was down & after a couple of hours, they manually checked us in with pen & paper. We checked in on Friday & checked out on Monday. We never received a room key & had to be escorted to our room each time. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly & had to get up several times during the night to start the a/c. We were never offered clean towels. Only one time did we have hot water in shower. The pool wasn’t open & bar wasn’t open. I can say though that the people at the front desk were very kind, as I know they had no control over it. We were told upon checking out that we should get refund or points but haven’t heard from anyone!

Couldn’t have a proper check in never received a room key had to be walked to room and let in hotel by staff everytime we left room was not cleaned the whole stay my friends room was cancelled so we had to be cramped up in one room over all the worst experience ever and no accommodation was made staff was not trying to make you feel better just kept saying there nothing they can do

A nightmare at Aloft
The hotel gave us a room on the 5th floor the widow was facing a brick wall 👀👀 There was a painting on the wall that fell off in the middle of the night scared me to death. The elevator stopped working and the computer system shut down and they have no idea when the home will come off my card.

The inside was nice, the air conditioning in the room didn’t cool the room as it should’ve. The lobby’s were cooler than our room. Other than that I would stay here again
