Check in was nice and easy. The room temperature was too hot. The pool was nice. I like the location in relation the Gerry’s grill. The included breakfast was confusing they asked me for a ticket and directed me to the desk. I asked the desk for a ticket and he directed me to the restaurant. There was no coffee. I wish the staff would get it together.

We booked our hotel through Expedia and we were turned away when we arrived due to the hurricane. The power was out and we were told that unfortunately they would have to cancel our room. I requested a refund and was denied. Expedia has been calling to contact them repeatedly with no response.

How Houston city wide black out my fault
Houston got a city wide power outage. So no one can check in. Power line is down no electricity. They told me I can get my refund. But now say it not approve when I didn’t even get to stay there. How is natural disasters the customer fault.

Hotel took reservations even though there was no power. There was no one at the reception when tried to check in. Asked hotel via Hotels.com for a refund and was denied. This is shouldn’t be a matter of contest… now I am out of pocket and hotels.com wasn’t able to resolve this.
